That, at best, makes them inconsistent as ♥♥♥♥. I think some have to kill with a certain hit, or you have to hold the button you need to hold at very specific points in the combo. Beautiful blood is not working either despite people online claiming it works when holding up, which I also tried and have found to not work. Skarlets Throw Brutality wont work for me unless I also hold forward and throw, even though the description doesnt say so.
